JEX300: Customer Focus & Patient Interaction is an introductory online, self-guided workshop for the University of Wyoming Innovation Wyrkshop makerspace. Immediately after signing up, you'll receive an email with the link and passcode to access the course. JEX300 can be found by enrolling in your local instance of the Maker Access Pass and navigating to Pre-Apprenticeship Pathways> Tier 2 in the Healthcare Pathway.

By the end of the course, you should have a firm handle on:

How to care for patients of all ages and abilities
How to interact with different types of patients
