Thanks for your interest in DEV102: HTML and CSS!

This is an introductory online, self-guided course that's part of our Developer Training series hosted at the University of Wyoming Innovation Wyrkshop makerspace and teaches you the basics of HTML and CSS, the fundamental building blocks of web development. Immediately after signing up, you'll receive an email with the link and passcode to access the course. DEV102 can be found by enrolling in your local instance of the Maker Access Pass and navigating to Complete a Workshop Development & Coding > DEV102: HTML and CSS.

By the end of the online, self-guided DEV102 workshop, you should have a solid understanding of common HTML tags, how to structure a webpage, and the basics of styling with CSS. You'll also learn how to identify different parts of HTML and CSS markup and apply your new skills to create your own simple web pages.

Please make sure to enroll in the Maker Access Pass to ensure you receive a badge at the end of this course. You can use your badges to track what you've learned, show potential employers, and (after earning enough badges) even receive fun perks. Almost all of our equipment requires training and badges before use.
